A return claim must be lodged within 60 days of invoice.

To make a return claim, please send an email to sales@printcare.net.au with the following information:

You will be provided with a Return Authority (RA) number and a return address.

Please send the cartridges along with the RA number to the return address provided.

Cartridges must be returned within 7 days of receiving a return authority.

Customers who have purchased genuine Samsung, OKI, Konica Minolta and Fuji Xerox cartridges, you must report the fault in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. You can make a claim direct.

Samsung: Customer must contact the Samsung Customer Care Center on 1300 362 603.
OKI: Customers must contact the OKI Customer Service Technical Support Department on 1800 807 472.
Konica Minolta: Customers must contact the Konica Minolta help desk on 1800 456 999.
Fuji Xerox: Customers must contact the Fuji Xerox Technical Support on 1800 811 177.

Proof of purchase must be submitted for all claims under warrantee.

PrintCare may at its sole discretion require confirmation of a fault and or replacement of that product by the genuine manufacturer before issuing any credit or replacement, please be aware this process may take longer than normal.

All other cartridge products must be returned to our warehouse for assessment and testing. The cartridge will be inspected for the fault reported and if declared faulty a credit or replacement will be issued.

If the fault is a printing problem a print sample MUST be supplied for a credit or replacement to be completed, if a print sample cannot be supplied, customer will not receive the credit or replacement.

It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges and insurance associated with the cartridge return and to ensure you have a proof of shipping for goods returned to us.

PrintCare reserves the right to either replace, repair or refund any products found to be faulty.
