Every effort has been made to ensure the information contained on the Website is correct, however We make no warranty as to the accuracy, comprehensiveness, or correctness of any products on the Website, and provides all products on an “as is” basis.

We cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions caused by incorrect or inadequate information supplied to us by our Suppliers.

You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered unless you ask us to cancel that order prior to the goods being dispatched to you.

We reserve the right to reject your order for products purchased through the Website for any reason, including but not limited to if the products are not available, if there is an error in the description or price of the requested products as advertised on the Website or if there is an error in your order.

PrintCare may change the prices published on the Website at any time. You agree to pay the price current at the time of payment.

All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. All prices are subject to change.

We only accept orders from within mainland Australia and Tasmania.

To the extent permitted by law, PrintCare will not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss or damages whatsoever, including (but not limited to) loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with goods or services supplied by PrintCare under these Terms and Conditions.

The property of the supplied goods shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been received by PrintCare. All goods remain the property of PrintCare until the entire transaction is complete.

All brand names and trademarks are properties of their respective holders and are referred to here for descriptive purposes only.

Shipping Policy

Free delivery on purchases over $100 (inc. GST).

For purchases below $100 a delivery charge of $10.00 (inc. GST) per order is applicable.

Additional delivery cost of $10.00 will occur to PO Box deliveries.

All in-stock orders placed before 3:00pm between Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday, during weekends and during holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

We are based in Melbourne and we send the goods directly from our interstate warehouses (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, WA). We ship all our products Australia Wide.

All goods will be delivered by Courier, Australia Post, Star track, Australia Post eParcel or Australian Air Express.

Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. If it needs to be re-delivered the re-delivery costs will be charged to you and you must pay the re-delivery costs.

If delivery cannot be made, couriers will leave a note for you to pick up that item from the nearest Australia Post parcel outlet . So make sure someone is available to sign.

As a general guide delivery to major cities and towns can arrive 1 or 2 business days whilst it could take up to 5 days for some remote areas.

If any item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you (by e-mail or phone) in 24 hours and give you an estimated delivery date. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery times are indicative only and We do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on all our compatible products. Warranty for original brand products is per the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
All products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and will perform satisfactory. We will refund, replace or issue credit at the sole discretion of PrintCare for any defective products returned to us.
